Rod,
I am certainly no Monnin expert so I will leave the expert appraisal to to others. I will just say that I think you have sized up your watch pretty well. The lume on the dial and hands looks original and beautiful.
What I want to say, as a guy who looks at a lot of watches is that when I saw your photo I thought to myself "Man, if I run into a Monnin out in the wild I want it to look like that one."
