If the parts are original Heuer in the correct combination of parts for a specific model then it's a Heuer.

If it's all Heuer parts but not an original model then it's a fun put together project but if you sell it in this combination then the best thing to do is state that.

If it's in great condition then buyers would appreciate the 'homage'.

I have seen that with the myriad of parts on offer through Ebay I could harvest a put together watch but it's not my style. As for a collector then I guess just enjoy.
