There is no sure word yet, but it is likely that the new Seamasters will have the mentioned style of dial. The pro of it is that it is very legible in the dark. The con of it, however, is that it looks downright ugly to some people. So it depends on you now whether you like it or normal Seamaster with skeleton hands better.
One more thing that you may want to take into consideration is the price. I have no idea as to what retail price the new Seamasters will have. I guess that it will be a bit more expensive, perhaps.
