new glass

Hi guys - I can't believe not only did my wife try to punch me (only larking around !) but the diamond on her engagement ring struck the face of my speedmaster pro - small chip and a scratch !! Only had the watch two weeks - ironically it has a saphire crystal back which I guess wouldn't have scratched. Anyway .....my question - can you replace the 'plastic' glass on a speedy with saphire glass and if so what sort of money can I expect to pay ?
