Hmmm... not being familiar with your model, I can only offer you this tidbit of information.
I went to my local jeweler yesterday to have my new SMP bracelet adjusted and there are little sleeves (or cowlings) that the pin ends fit into within the bracelet. The guy had to work it a little (I had the image (a la NBC's "Scrubs" dream sequences) of him jumping on the counter, using his foot as leverage and a pair of vice grips to get it out if he couldn't get it out the conventional way) in order to remove the pins.
But, like I said, I'm not sure how yours is assembled and don't want to speak out of school (again... D'OH!).
