perhaps you should limit your sports activities before you "really" hurt yourself. Seriously though, you will receive varying opinions on this subject, especially about golf.
It's not the shock of the club hitting the ball that's the supposed problem. It's the rapid downswing. If you shoot 85 or better you're probably o.k. If you shoot 120 like me, take it off!
I wear my watches, even my vintage Seamaster, for almost everything. They are a lot tougher than some people give them credit for. Just look at all the vintage watches there are that "took a licking and kept on ticking." Just use common sense and try not to worry yourself with such things. Watches were meant to be worn.
