Personally, I wear it for everything excluding sleep, my 2 mile run, and shower. These things CAN take a beating (fellow 2531.80 owner). They're rated well for shocks and unless you are almost abusing this thing, will keep working. Even an abusive situation can be thrown at this watch, just in extreeeeeeeme moderation (but the same goes even for a quartz watch). It takes some time to realize that even a 1750.00 dollar timepiece (that looks THIS good lol) can stand up to the test. Cosmetically speaking, the SeMP can do pretty well, but thats another thread...
