i just read your message about your new 120. indeed it may just be too early to make any conclusions on the accuracy of your watch.
when i bought my 120 almost three and a half years ago the first thing i did was to manually wind it (around 10 to 15 turns) set the time and date and then wore the watch as a day watch.
i tried on different "parking" positions for the watch when i lay it down for the night. that took me the better part of 2 weeks. for this particular 120 the ideal position is the face up. accuracy gradually improved and settled more or less after two and a half months.
