I disagree with all this soap and seals buisness... Ive heard it many times before here, but I personally believe that the thread provides nigh on all of the water resistive protection.

I always wear my watch everywhere, shower & bath included. I even go at it with a toothbrush and shampoo... never had a hint of a problem... over a year now. Ill be sure to let everyone know if anything goes before the planned year 5 service.
