Omegas Pennsylvania servi-ctr is one of my worst nightmares, imagine sending your SMP auto in for full service only to have had to return it for count it, 5 times, yes, for things absolutelty not done or not done right, overlooked, and just all of the above. in the end they had to send me a "brand new" watch ! so go figure, i dont care if its Rolex, Omega, IWC, they all can give you a real brain-ache given the planets being lined up or whatever you think has to do with the fate of a simple service for your watch...
