Sometimes these operations are authorized dealers selling watches "out the back door" through online businesses of a different name.
So the business YOU buy from may be officially a gray market dealer, but the warranty card may have the name of a different business that they are merely an online front for.
I consider this VERY shady business and would rather spend my money elsewhere that supporting businesses that have to use multiple names trying to hide their questionable business practices.
