Rolex watches are NOT hand made. You may have been thinking of one of the REALLY high end watches like Patek.
I believe Rolex, like Omega does have a few limited edition watches that may be hand made. But over 98% of both Rolex and Omega watches are factory assembly line products.
Matter of fact, Rolex was the company that pioneered the mass production manufacturing techniques used for most high end watch production today.
