I shower, wash whatever and do basic swimming with mine. After all, I never had any of my cheap Swatch chronos with the same depth rating leak. It basically never comes off except for winding. For scuba and free diving I use my Seamaster Pro. But for everything else the Speedmaster Pro. Just make sure it is either brand new or the seals are in good shape. Great watch by the way. I think I will keep it for one lifetime. Unless I can take it to the next. It's that kind of watch. Hard to explain, but it does things for me that even my Seamaster cannot. And I love that watch too. Maybe it's the daily winding or the serious look of the moonwatch dial. Who knows.
