I will share also to unload the weight I now carry.

I was in Kuwait several years ago and I found this site here. I was, at the time, contemplating the differences between Rolex and Omega. I posted several questions and Derek took the time to answer them patiently. I took his advice and it has led to many great watches over time. I tried to learn as much as possible about Omegas and was often frustrated at how he could answer such questions with ease and that led me to more and more research into them, being a rather "young" collector. I strived to sometimes beat his response to harder than average questions and never managed to. That was what made him great, he just knew. God bless you Derek and your family for what they must be going through; none of us will know.
