: I have a full size SMP007 with silver bezel.

There are only two sizes. What made you believe there was a difference? Did you measure them, compare head to head? Or what?
One possibility is that his has the BLUE bezel, which makes the watch appear larger (because there is more dark area).
The other was that his was a fake and not made to the exact same specs as the real one.
