I just purchased a (2598.80) Seamaster Prof. Chronograph. I love the watch...however there is one thing that bothers me. The bezeled "V" (12 o'clock) does not line up with the 12 on the face. Perhaps this is compulsive on my part but still it bothers me. I am a pilot and also a SCUBA instructor and I guess I am use to precision in my instruments.
Is this something that can be corrected? The store I bought it at (an authorized dealer) said to bring it in and they would check it, but I suspect I will get a raised eyebrow response and a "nothing is perfect" comment.
I'd appreciate your insight!
Thank You.
