I just bought the AT (black / steel) chrono a week ago. I ended up with the 39mm "standard size" (which it sounds like lands me in the minority). Many thanks to those who provided advice here...
Anyway, I had the same concern about accuracy, having never owned an automatic watch before. Now that I have the watch, I really enjoy thinking about this beautifully crafted mechanism I have on my wrist -- not a feeling I had for the quartz watch I owned before. As for accuracy, my watch has been running within a second of dead-on over the course of a week now. Hoping it stays that way :-). Enjoy!
: Thanks Felix!
: Mine is now on order from the AD (might be 2-3
: weeks) so I've got a wait ahead.
: I tried on ATs all over the weekend, and was
: actually considering the big size before
: staying with the standard.
: I did decide to go with the co-axial, and my
: biggest concern is the accuracy (I come from
: a quartz world and computer synchronized
: time over the internet) so we'll see how I
: deal with that...
: Will definitely post pics when it arrives...
