Got fed up and went to Omega store on Place Vendome in Paris since couldn't reach them by phone. Store is now closed with sign indicating move to Champs Elysee in July and giving a new phone number.
Called the new number from front of old location and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up and went back to apartment and noted their were 2 apologetic calls from Omega on answering machine.
They had only just become aware that phone and fax weren't working. Of course, they could have sent me an announcement that they were moving since they had my watch in their hands.
So Mr. Omega, is this how you think customers should be treated?
