I have had nothing but problems with J**reds. A couple of examples: On a Tissot purchase they quoted a price in writing, ordered the watch, then tried to jack up the price upon arrival. I walked and bought it from a local dealer at the quoted price.
After a 2 year cooling off period I went into another of their stores to look at a Speedy Pro. The price tag fell off and when I bent over to pick it up their guard came running over, hand on his weapon, like I was stealing something. Then, the pleasant clerk waiting on me was literally pushed aside by their "Omega Expert", who didn't know a Moonie from a Bond.
Ever since I've been buying Omegas and Tissot's by phone from the often referred to East Coast dealer ("Keith's dealer").
