Thankyou for your response. I have sent the 8 digit serial no. on the Lug to Omega through their website. Still awaiting reply. But the Warranty card mentions a 6 digit no.(which is mentioned on the receipt). I bought the watch from the AD in Chicago, listed in the Omega Website.
Infact, The AD showed me the 8 digit no on the lug when I asked him. There was a red dot also on the case back. Does your warranty card shows the serial no. I think the sales man was inexperienced. The AD offers 30 return Money back warranty.
