Ladies Aqua Terra Auto

I just bought my wife an Aqua Terra Automatic with MOP dial and diamond hour markers yesterday. Does anyone know for sure how to wind the watch. It has a screw down crown and I assume you wind in position 1 (turning clockwise direction)but it has a very rough feel and is somewhat hard to turn in that direction. Is it possible you wind in counter clockwise direction with this watch? Can you over-wind this movement?

Also, is there anywhere on the web to get the 2007 list prices for the Omega's?
