Your watch is still within COSC specs, which is great for any mechanical watch. My experience is that my co-axials slowed 1 or 2 seconds after a few months, but this may not be the case for everyone. Also, leaving the watch in different positions at night can help regulate it's speed.

It is not unusual for your watch to speed up a bit with high physical activity (I used to know the technical reason for this but I cannot recall the details). This should not damage your watch.

Your watch cannot be overwound, regardless of how long you wear it. There is a built in mechanism to protect against this.

Being a co-axial means that the watch should theoretically keep it's precision over a longer period of time. If you do a search, there is alot of information on the virtues of the co-axial on this forum as well as others.

Congratulations on a great watch. Enjoy it!
