: Anna;
: If you want perfect accuracy you need to buy a
: quartz watch!! Mechanicals can never be
: perfectly accurate, there are just too many
: moving parts, friction, and other factors.
: Try resting your watch in different
: positions overnight on the dresser (face up,
: face down, crown up, crown down). You would
: be suprised at the variation in timekeeping
: you'll get just overnight!
: That having been said, I do agree that 5 mins
: is a bit much! Like I said, wait a bit and
: if the issue persists, take it back for a
: regulation.
: Cheers

We have assumed Anna has an automatic. Is this watch an automatic (and says automatic on the face)? All ladies Constellations except three autos are quartz.
If it is a quartz, the movement will probably simply be replaced when serviced. If it is a quartz, take it in immediately. It won't improve with time.
