I wash dishes, hands, face, etc with it on. I just make sure that I don't push the chrono buttons til it is dried off. Nor do I wind the watch when wet. I have had the SpPro for almost seven years now without any service and it still works fine (a bit fast though, which I don't mind). If you need a usable chronograph feature submerged underwater, the Seamaster Pro Chronograph Diver is the first water resistant chronograph watch. I don't think there are any other choices for that matter. Louis
