The best estimate of value is what is actually being paid. Check e-bay completed auctions. I don't watch and buy enough Speedy Pros to offer an opinion.
Find out the era of this watch and look for successful completed auctions for watches with similar age and condition. Age of Speedmasters is determined by the movement serial number, which were (mostly) serially assigned.

Bezels are available from Otto Frei, and the case (as far as the bezel goes) hasn't changed since 1968.
