1. The day/date cannot be adjusted. You can only set the current day/date by winding the hands through 24 hour cycles.
2. The bracelet seems to be losing its gold plate and the glass is a little scratched.
I was wondering where the best place would be to get it refurbished within the UK. Ideally in Merseyside.
I was quoted £360 for a 'full service' from a large jewellery chain that stocks Omega. Is this a fair price? I don't imagine it would include re-plating the bracelet it though, would it?
Any suggestions how to get this watch back into good shape are gratefully appreciated.
