Good deal? (Vintage Omega) *PIC*

I have the opportunity to purchase two older Omega's. Just wanted to run it buy you guys and see if you all think they are worth the price.

One is a 1952 351 cal. 'Bumper Wind' automatic. black lizard skin band, wears fine as is, but band is worn, the other is a 1957 470 cal automatic, has cheap black alligator-looking band, but wears ok.
