Took slow running Seamaster back to dealer.

This watch is a little over a month old and is about -7 sec per day.I tried the position thing at nightand got this:dial up -1,dial down -1,crown up -4,crown down -1,crown left -2.This is over 8 hours.When worn the watch does much worse sometimes as bad as -3 in 8 hours.It will not gain time under any conditions.I took it back to the dealer and they said I should send it back to Omega myself.The said it would take about 2 months to get back.Does this sound right?They acted like "we have your money now dont bother us!"One lady there said to let it break in for another 4-5 months.This sounds like a bunch of bs to me.I thought new watches were supposed to gain time.Could this watch have been sitting in a warehouse not running for a couple of years?Or is it a lemon or defective?Would I be better off letting someone else regulate the watch? Has anyone else had a problem like this?The attitude of this dealer will send me back to a G-Shock.Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.
