My SMP was slow when I first got it....

it ran about 4 sec slow dial up for a few days and has gradually moved to about 1-2 sec a day fast after about 3 weeks. Siting crown up at night I get about 1 sec slowdown and when worn during the day it gains about 2 sec. It keeps getting better though.

: This watch is a little over a month old and is
: about -7 sec per day.I tried the position
: thing at nightand got this:dial up -1,dial
: down -1,crown up -4,crown down -1,crown left
: -2.This is over 8 hours.When worn the watch
: does much worse sometimes as bad as -3 in 8
: hours. It will not gain time under any
: conditions.I took it back to the dealer and
: they said I should send it back to Omega
: myself. The said it would take about 2 months
: to get back.Does this sound right? They acted
: like "we have your money now dont
: bother us!"One lady there said to let
: it break in for another 4-5 months. This
: sounds like a bunch of bs to me.I thought
: new watches were supposed to gain time.Could
: this watch have been sitting in a warehouse
: not running for a couple of years?Or is it a
: lemon or defective?Would I be better off
: letting someone else regulate the watch? Has
: anyone else had a problem like this? The
: attitude of this dealer will send me back to
: a G-Shock.Thanks in advance for any help
: anyone can give me.
