I now own a SMP with the new sword-style hands and steel bezel. I'm very pleased with it so far. I've had it nearly two weeks. At first it ran about 1 sec. slow during the day and about 2 sec. fast overnight, stored in the face-up position. But being an engineer, and not liking to 'guess' at the situation, I made an excel spreadsheet that anyone can use to really get good data on their watch(es). If anyone emails me, I'd be happy to send the excel attachment with instructions. It's quite easy to use.
