I I received my SMP i brought it to Birks authorized dealer for re-sizing of my strap and you know what the woman told me. Sorry we do not touch these watches they have to be "sent out" for sizing. I said WHAT? its a $50,000 Rolex platinum or Patek. Anyways I left and went to some other small authorized dealer and the young woman sized it for me $10 canadian like $5 US..
