Water resistance of Speedmaster Professional>>

I know the moon watch has a low water resistance such that most people advise not to even swim with it on, but I have a question:

I like to keep my watches clean and shiny and I often, maybe once a month or so, wash my (water resistant watches) with a little dish soap under warmish running water.

Can I do this with a Speedy Pro?
