There is no short term risk. So don't be concerned about how long you stay in the pool or anything like that.
The negative effect of chlorine is really only in the long term exposure of it staying on the seals of the watch after it dries. That can gradually contribute to a reduction in the life of the seals of the watch. Same with the salt in ocean water.
