needs some time to run in first? It is clear that new watches get more accurate after the run in period. But what about power reserve? Is it the same thing or a totally different matter?
I have never left my Seamaster Bond on the night table any longer than 24 hours when I first bought it. There was a couple of times when I went upcountry and left it home for 36 hours or so, no problem at all. But those were 3 months after purchase. So I could never tell.
