I don't know if there is a certain timeframe for the run in period. But it wouldn't hurt to assume that 1 month is enough. I can see that you are having quite a hard time with your new Seamaster watch. Did you buy it new or used? Did you buy it from the authorized dealer? +15 secs doesn't sound all too good.
