Yes, if the watch is running out of the Chronometer certification, you can, and should, have it serviced under a valid and authorized Omega merchant warranty. I would be apprehensive though if you're talking about a warranty from a non-authorized merchant e.g. WorldOfWatches.com. They're more likely to damage the watch than fix it. And just in general, Omega's, and especially Chronographs, should be cleaned (if not fully serviced) every 2-4 years.
