Slow Seamaster Pro

I recently left 4 week old my Seamaster Pro into the jewellers where I bought it to have it regulated as it was running between 10 & 12 seconds slow per day. I got it back yesterday and am dismayed to find it is still 8 seconds slow! Surely regulating the watch should have sorted this? I noticed that the red 'seal' dot which omega mark between the case and back appears to be intact. Would this indicate that the back of the watch has never actuaully been off? or do Authorised repair centres reinstate it after carrying out work?

Should I now have the watch sent back to Omega? - and would I be guatanteed that it will come back running within Chronometer specification?
