Mine is not COSC but is perfectly accurate now

I have Omega Triple Date, same movement as in SMP Chrono Diver where it is COSC. Now, my watch is just over 5 weeks old.

First two weeks I wore it 24/7. After setting correct time, it would be slow close to -3 secs a day. After a 3-4 days when I did not reset it, it would fall down to bit over -1 sec a day (5 secs in 4 days). That was repeated three times (one week periods).

For last two weeks, I started taking it off at night and I synched it exactly with correct time from my GPS receiver (the most exact time you can have). I place it Crown up as this is the only position that makes sense (I have strap with foldover clasp).

Basically, each morning for last two weeks my Omega is exactly correct, bit ahed of set time (under +1 sec). At the evening, 12 hours later it is bit over -1 seconds and under -2 late from starting time. So, total daily variation is less then -3 secs, but judging from last two weeks, I would not have to reset watch until next DST in 5 months, and I would expect it to be within 2-3 seconds from starting time, and probably better.
