: Has anyone owned both the original jame bond
: seamaster and the new special edition 007
: seamaster? If so, can you give a comparison
: on which one you like and why? I am trying
: to decide between the two.
: Thanks.

I was seriously tempted to buy the "Limited Edition" 007 Seamaster. I currently own the original Seamaster I have done for three years now and I have to say the extra £200-£300 pounds that retailers are charging for the new model is not worth it. Basically it is a novelty item and unless you're a die-hard Bond fan you will probably get bored with it. Stick to the original and I have said before it is a timeless classic and I hope that if you do buy one you enjoy it as much as I do mine.
