I would let it go for a while longer and be sure that no nightly position could help. Three weeks is not enough time to really test each of the six (common)night-time storage positions. Be consistant with one night time position for a week. Measure error over the whole week, do not re-set the watch each day.

The only reason I would suggest this is that it is a fine line between +15to20 sec/day, and the BEST you can ever really get on a regular basis, +/-2 sec./day. Remember, the "fix" may not have that much resolution, maybe +/- 4sec./day. Remember also that ALL watches eventually slow down.

By having really good data, you can say specifically to the dealer what the adjustment should be.
