I've contacted the Chamber of Commerce in Curacao to try and track down the company. Apparently, they briefly had a branch in New York, too. It seems they catered to the cruise tourists who were looking for duty-free deals from Europe. It's not clear if they made their own watches or just relabelled someone elses. My local watch repair store has cleaned it up, but knows nothing else about the origins of this piece.
