Uneven Coating Of Super-Luminova

I don't know if anyone here have observed uneven
coating of the Super-Luminova on the "sword shape"
minute and hour hands of new SMP's.
Mine have, you can only see it on somewhat dark
room. The coating is fine under daylight, you
cannot see quality problems even under 10x
magnifying glass.
But under semi-dark room, there is a dark area
in the minute hand, which I believe the coating
to be too thin. This appears on the center portion
of the minute hand. Hour hand also suffers a little portion of dark areas.
