Another thing you can do is just say "Keep that one and give me another one". It is brand new abd you can sell that one when it comes back as new. Let them make the arrangements with Omega about warranty etc. That way, they work out the warranty and they still get a new watch at the end, not the best for them, but a better solution for you.
