: There are NO, repeat NO, ZERO, ZIP, NADA AD's
: that sell through the internet. If you buy
: through the internet or e-Bay, the very BEST
: you can hope for is an actual NEW Omega with
: a 3rd party warranty from some watchmaker
: who is not Omega certified. In general, it's
: an odds on bet that what you get could be
: used, a Frankenwatch made from parts, or a
: fake that's so bad that we all have a good
: laugh when a picture of it is posted in
: here. Check your EM for an AD recommendation
: that is in DC, and is totally reputable, and
: will save you the sales tax. His inventory
: is quite large, and I had an uncommon Ti
: SeMP (2293.50) on my wrist approximately 20
: HOURS after I gave the AD my MC number over
: the phone, and it was also sized perfectly.

There are 2 companies I know of in the UK that will send you a genuine Omega with the Official Omega warranty and the way they do it is when you place your order with them, they actually purchase the watch from an official Omega dealer and send it on to you with the original receipt and also your (marked up) receipt with it.

Obviously this shows you how much they have paid for it and how much markup you are paying which may annoy some people but at least you get the warranty :-)

I do agree with seismic sam though that this can be a very risky business and I also suggest that you bargain with your local shop.
