According to Steve Waddington's site (www.Old-Omegas.com), the power reserve for a 1010/1020 Omega caliber watch is around 42 hours. Since your watch is pretty old, it's safe to say that it definitely needs a servicing. Omega should correct the power reserve and stiff crown problem. Before you send it in, just politely say specifically what you want done and they'll comply.
