Steve - you may be interested to know that I sent Keith one of my f300s (a favourite 9ct gold model) for servicing and regulating and in the past few weeks it has gained all of three seconds! Better than any of the other f300s I have - an 18ct gold model has just come back from STS after several months and is already five seconds fast after that many days!
His Omega DeltaTest is obviously more accurate than theirs or else he knows how to work it better!
