It's not so much it's against the Forum Rules, but rather that it would be a no-no for the AD to have the appearance of conducting business on the Internet. However, there are no stipulations for customers to refer the dealer to people they meet in private, which is what Keith Downing [and lately, myself and others] have been doing.

I will say publicly that the dealer in question does business within the Eastern time zone of the USA.

And that I have sent referral information to you via your posted email address. Follow the directions I have sent you and there is a decent chance that the fellow I referred you to might be able to help you satisfy your stated need.
