Chronometer Certificate

Hi all,
I recently bought a brand new SeaMaster Chrono from NY. I bought it at a discount price. What I want to ask is, the dealer gave me the Pictograms and the International Warranty card. But he didn't give me the Chronometer Certificate card (he said he called the company but they couldn't find it). He also said that, because of I didn't pay the full price, I can't get everything!

Is that logical? The watch must come accompany with the three cards, isn't it?

Thanks in advance for your response and have a nice day.
Grigoris

PS: The watch was guaranteed authentic a few days later from an authorised Omega dealer. If this is the case, can the AD obtain for me a new Chronometer Certificate card?
