: PS: The watch was guaranteed authentic a few
: days later from an authorised Omega dealer.
: If this is the case, can the AD obtain for
: me a new Chronometer Certificate card?

Question, did you get the watch from an authorized dealer? Its not clear if you did or didn't because you said the watch was authenticated by an authorized dealer. If you didn't get it from an authorized dealer, you might have problems getting the card. If it was bought from an AD then absolutely you have the right to demand the card and they have an obligation to provide it to you. It was their choice to sell to you at a discount, so that has nothing to do with not providing you the card. Its just laziness on the part of the dealer. I would take it back and tell them, either you get the card or they get the watch back. They will be more inclined to find it for you. And if they do take it back, there are many other dealers that you can get an equal or better discount from and still get all the things that come with your watch.

Best of luck.
Mike
