: hi i am new to this forum but wondered if

: Bond)which I have had for 9 years.In the
: last year it has stopped working and also
: running slow.I took it for a service but it
: is still doing the same things.I took it
: back to the jewellers and he says there is
: nothing wrong with the watch and it is down
: to my movements or lack of them.As i am
: doing nothing different to what i have been
: doing for the last 8 years i wonder if
: something else could be wrong.Any
: suggestions ?

From my point of view I would never take my Omega to a local jeweler. Have you ever had it serviced by Omega? Nine years old this should have been serviced for routine maintenance at least twice. Had you had this serviced by an Omega Certified Technician they may have found issues before it got to where it is now. I am not sure where you are located, but it is time you send it off to Bienne. You can check Omegas website on how to do this or I am sure someone here may have better information.

Take care
